We incubate at about 90% humidity, in my experience eggs can't dimple at 99% humidity.
Eggs are typically too humid at 99% unless you have a major air leakage.
What type of tub are you using to incubate in?

Are you doing substrateless method or eggs in the substrate?
I have no idea how your eggs could dimple in if the humidity is as high as you say it is.
Pics of the egg tub set up?

The pic was last week and the eggs are dimpled worst now just put the new temp in and wrapped it up...did not want to open it again for pics...can you open the tub too much and harm the eggs...

If this is the "dimpling" your refering to I wouldnt be worried. They look just fine, they may be a little funny looking because of the position they are in but theres not much you can do about that.

Re: Eggs Dimpled alot...
glad press n seal works better than saran wrap. my first clutch I used saran wrap and had problems with keeping the humidity right. got a tip from another breeder to use press n seal and never had a humidity issue since.
