    The Color Run 5K.

So my sister competed in a 5K called the Color Run. Basically you run the full 5K and at every kilometer, they throw cornstarch that has dye in it at you, and get you "painted". One color for each kilometer. Then at the end you get a new packet of color and you're supposed to throw it up in the air and it looks crazy awesome. I went for the photos and I was not disappointed at all. Everyone leaves the starting line in a white shirt, and comes back in multiple colors. It was pretty cool, and I'll probably wrap the camera in some serious protection and run with it next year haha!

    Re: The Color Run 5K.

That's so cool! I'm running a 5K in May called the Warrior Dash (benefits St. Jude's Childrens Hospital). They give us a Viking helmet and beer for running/climbing/slogging through an obstacle course, complete with enormous mud puddles, a river crossing, and a barbed-wire fence belly crawl. So, I expect to be just as covered in stuff at the end as the folks up above, but much less pretty colors!
