If you would have told me that I would have 2,000 posts on this site by the end of February when I joined back in October 2011 I would have told you that you are crazy, that I didn't like forums that much. I'm a member on a few others sites (Mac Rumors Forums, and Chief Delphi) but I rarely post on them. There is something very different about this site... the people who are on it. I would like to thank all of the wonderful people on this site who contribute so much and help keep it one of the most positive internet forums currently in existence.

In my decade or so of reptile keeping, I have never joined a forum. I just thought they were weird and filled with mean people. My opinion has completely changed in just a few days here! Everyone has been very friendly and polite! Congrats Aaron on your 2000th post!

yeah, Chief Delphi is also a pretty good forum with good people, but it can get really nasty over at Mac Rumors... god forbid you don't search a topic before you make a post over there. You will get about 300 replies telling you to use the search feature. each more insulting than the last.

I do a lot of work (both college and for my job) on my computer, so I tend to have BP.net open in a tab most of the time while I am actually being productive. That along with my iPhone for when I am sitting on campus in-between classes and a pretty bad case of insomnia = me being online way more than any sane person should be lol
