Male KSB Problem!
Hey guys I have a male KSB that is completely splashing and getting aspen all in his water. He's always very active during the night. The reason why I'm posting this is I'm wondering if he wants to breed. He is 170 grams so he can breed and I have a female that's gone off feed for 2 weeks now.
Do you think it's time to start up my breeding?

If you have a female and thats what you intended him for then I dont see why not throw him with a girl.
My KSB is pretty active at night but hes currently on newspaper because Ive found shedding problems on babies on aspen. Anywho I dont have the problem of getting aspen in the bowl.

Sometimes you dont need to, Ive cooled some of my boas down and others will just go at it.

Indeed, throw them together and see. I've had boas need cooling, but a lot of them don't.

ksb's dont need cooling to breed,well they kinda dont need cooling at all
