Heating up 1 piece acrylic tank help

I am keeping my hog in a 1 piece acrylic tank (the Ricky's Reptile Enclosure kind to be exact) but I'm having trouble keeping it warm enough. The warm part is in the low 90s where I have one of his hides on top of the under tank heater part. The other parts range from high 60s to low 70s. I'd like to get it up to at least 75 degrees at the coolest part.

With this being a 1 piece, what would you suggest to bump up the temps? The UTH just isn't going to do the job anywhere besides the bottom, and my hog likes to climb and stay up high & obviously it just can't be warm enough for him there.

Should I drill a hole in the top and rig up a heat lamp? Has anyone ever stuck an UTH to the SIDES of a tank before to warm it any? Might be a really dumb idea but I'm just throwing it out there. I'd rather not drill holes into it if I don't have to but I need to do something and I am willing to do this if necessary.

Also, if drilling a hole to put in a lamp is my only option, would it be okay to turn it off just at night because the tank is right next to my bed and moving it to another place in the house really isn't an option and the black light bulb just doesn't make it dark enough for me if I can avoid it.

Open for suggestions and ideas! Also, because he love to climb so much, he would be able to climb and reach anything I put on the top if it's in his tank, even from the floor. (he is very skilled.)

If you haven't heard of Ricky's Reptile Enclosures please google it out so you know what I've got. I know it's designed for ball pythons but I think it's a nice tank for my hog too

thanks guys! Radiant heat panel it is! I am buying one right now and I'm gonna get the fastest shipping as possible. If he was toooo too cold I guess he'd spend more time in his hide where it's really toasty instead of up on his branch where it's a bit chilly.. but whatever, soon it won't matter!

    Thanks again!! =)

Sure I can do that! And maybe... just maybe... with the extra heat it will end his hunger strike!!!!!!! (Unless it's a winter thing and then I guess I'll just have to wait it out. Just worried he's getting thin. But he is still active and in a good mood..
