While any snake can have issues most do not.
The woma has the spider wobble, as will any morph that includes the spider genetics (such as the bumble bee which is created by breeding a pastel and a spider)
for the most part genetic issues are rare and should't keep you from purchasing a certain morph. It just means that you need to be careful when picking one out (most are visible and if noticed should be avoided)

Womas are known to have a bit of a wobble. Powerballs(super spotnose), and super sables can show some as well. Super cinnies and black pastels are prone to kinking and duck billing. Caramel albinos are known for kinking and poor reproductive tendencies(females).

pretty much except for the spider wobble all of the other defects should be visible from birth, none of the rest of them can just show up a few years down the road.
