Question About Albinos
I was told by the guy that sold me my Albino BCI that I should take extra care in not feeding my albino a meal that its too large. He said that albinos don't digest food as fast as normal BCI's do.
Can someone tell me if there's any truth to that?
Thanks.

That sounds fairly silly to me, I can't imagine the coloration would have much to do with digestion, especially in a controlled environment. My coral albino BCI certainly doesn't seem to have any issues digestion her meals lol. Only thing I've noticed with her is that she's either an extremely shy eater, or has poor eyesight (albino eyes. I know red-eyed rats have sight problems, wouldn't be shocked if snakes did too).
1.2 Normal BPs (Sekhmet, Tefnut, Vincent*)
0.1 Coral Albino RTB (Eisheth)
1.0 RTB (Cassanova*)
0.3 Nicaraguan RTB (Type 2 Black Eye Anery w/Genetic Stripe. Eevee*, Daeva, A*)
0.1 Corn (probably corn/rat mix. Trouble)
1.0 Splendida King snake (Freebi)
1.0 Leopard Gecko (Little Dude*)
0.2 Halloween Crested Gecko: (Thing1*, Thing2*)
1.1 Columbian BCC (Oolong, Pippin. Currently fostering with a friend)
*Long-term pet sitting, not actually mine

Any boa, whether its a BCC or BCI should be grown slowly. Boas tend to regurge if fed too frequently or too large of a meal. The color or locality or specific species does not matter. Feed an appropriate sized prey item once per week and you'll be fine.
But albinism has nothing to do with it - except for the possible poor eyesight which IS common with albinism. An albino BCI will digest its meal just as well as a normal BCI.

Don't think you'll have a problem.

Skin Color dont judge what and how one digests. Boas like stated are to be grown slow.
Small meals with very very very small bulge from meal. Power feeding is something you think wont happen, but when you realize it, its too late and you get the pin head effect.
