    not using hides anymore

I just thought it was interesting that since I put my bps in the rack they tend not use their hides as much. I know adam had said that bps feel really comfortable in a rack and might not need hides. That is exactly what I have seen. In the old enclosure, my male would be in a hide all day. Now in the rack, he just picks a spot and curls up. It is crazy to see how much an environment change can change the behavior of a bp. Just thought I would share. I think he continues to not use his hide, I might just take them out.

You might want to leave them the option - though I agree they would tend to be less exposed overall in a rack environment.
