When do you stop naming your BPs?

I know some people are breeders, and some people have pets, and some people have pets that they breed. But I'm wondering - at what point, regardless of how you started, do you stop naming your animals, and just refer to them by their morph/gender/other? Did you ever name them?

Haha so I forgot to add a section for "I always will" - Maybe I should ask a mod if they can fix that for me.

I've named every animal I've ever owned (fish even) and will continue to do so regardless of how many snakes or other animals I get in the future. I guess it goes with the whole "they're family" thing and it just feels wrong to not give each new addition a permanent name.

I only have one snake, but I'm going to be breeding cresties soon, and though I still don't have /that/ many reptiles compared to some, I always will continue to name my pets since they're part of the family! ^^ Even if I have more than I can remember off the top of my head, I'd name them. (I'd even write their names on their homes if I needed to. xD)

so my answer is, I always will. They're my family and my babies. ^^

I have never named any reptile I have owned...make that any animal other than my dog
Sadie and 2 goats. Funny little story about about how my goats got named....I used to have 2 goats, one brown, the other white. I never gave them names. One day, my sister-in-law's daughter was over, maybe 8 years old at the time, and she asked me what the goats' names were. I didn't want to say that I never named them, so I just kept saying I forgot, hoping she would just drop it. She never dropped it, so feeling the pressure to come up with names for the goats on the spot, and totally drawing blanks while trying to come up with names, I just blurted out "Brownie and Whitey!" I gave them away to a family in my neighborhood over a year ago, and Brownie and Whitey is still their names.

I always name my animals, unless they're feeders. My cats, my breeder rats, and my snakes all get names.
