    Diamondback males get between 4 and 6 inches, females 6 to 9.

    Black Knob males get between 3 and 4 inches, females 6 to 10.

    Awesome turtles. Diamonds are one of my favorites. I have 1.2 Texas Softshells, 1.1.2 Mississippi Map Turtles, 1.0 Yellow Belly Mud Turtle, 0.0.1 Yellow Belly Cooter, and 1.1 Common Snapping Turtles. Love aquatic turtles.....second favorite animal.

    Sweet turtles and sweet setup!!! Diamondbacks have always been one of my favorites. We have them all over the place in the salt marshes where I live...but it's sad when one doesn't make it across the road during mating/egg laying season.
