blood shed
heres a shot of how my male blood acts in the blue,, hell sit like this for about 2 days. do yalls do this???

Ilove bloods! I'm going with my business partner to pick up 5 of them to add to the breeding project this weekend. I don't know much about their shedding behaviors so I am not much help to you.. LOL. She looks really cool in shed though. Goodluck!

this is the male,,,, but my female doesent do this,, just him. sometimes ill poke him just to see if hees still alive. heel post up like this for about 2 days, and then clears up and does a good shead. from what iv found, you can keep bloods in the same enviroment as BP's , but you need to pay extra special atention to the bloods shead cycle and to adjust your temps and humidity acordinaly.

i use cypress mulch and my blood is ALWAYS under it until she gets blue and is about to shed, then she just sits on top curled up. i know its not the same but it sounds like they change up the pattern before they shed.
