    Problems feeding

I have a male thats about 6 months, and he has always eaten really well. over the past 2.5 weeks however, as its gotten colder outside, i've had problems. the first week he struck at it, coiled, and then left it sit in his tank all night. then a week later i tried again and he struck and let it sit. i tried again the next day though and he ate. I just tried to feed him again this week and he didn't do anything other than sniff at it and move on. I'm feeding him f/t rats, and i'm wondering if its bc they are too big, altho they aren't much bigger than the last ones i feed him. Also i've heard that males will stop eating during the breeding season. My only concern is bc he's still young, and he has been moving around his cage a lot like he is hungry. Any help or insight is appreciated.

Are your temps still correct cooler outside often means cooler inside and cooler ambient temps. Do you still have a correct hot spot (88-94) and cool spot (79-83) and ambient air temps (78-85) ?

My hot spot and cool spot are at the right spot. my ambient air temps are a little low tho. and my humidity has been around 48 lately. I'm about to switch from aspin to cocohusk to help keep it up tho
