To Mist or not to Mist?

So I brought home two BCI's from the expo yesterday, I treated their PVC's with PAM before putting them in. It's been 24 hours since the treatment so I put in their water bowls. I was wondering if it would be safe to mist as well? I just want to get ideal humidity- I put the hygrometers in today and it's just under 50%.
So would it be safe to mist the enclosure? (Aspen bedding that's been treated with PAM 24 hours ago)

Should be just fine to mist. From my understanding, the reason they tell you to take out the water for 24hrs is that they don't want the animal to soak it off before it's worked on the mites, so once it's safe to put the water bowl back, it's safe to mist without deteriorating the effectiveness of the product and without harming your animal.

Thank-you, I was just concerned because it did not explain why the water had to be removed and I worried that re-wetting the aspen could cause the PAM to idk... revive
