Dutch shepherds have a taller stance than german shepherds. Their hips dont sit as low. Are hip problems as prevalent in dutch shepherds?

Dutch Shepherd like all big dogs can have the hip and elbow problems, but no it doesn't seem to be as bad as the German Shepherds. Dutchies are more of a square stance rather than the long body of the GSD. And are normally a bit lighter than a GSD aswell.

I have had both GSDs and Dutchies and the Dutches have always been healthier.

The pup in the photo's is only 4 months old. He should look similar to this when grown.
This is not my dog, just a picture for reference.

If you mean prey drive when you say "Game", than yes. They were also testing his defensive drives and he did great there too. He looks like he will be a great Ring Sport dog
