۞Is this a Yellow Belly? Could be a Normal?

Acquired this Ball Python a couple years back, and I completely ❤ her! She is such a sweetheart! I don't care if she is a normal, but I have had people tell me that they think she is a YB and then some that tell me she isn't. Curiosity got to me. So, wanted to ask the "Pros" on here. Thank you so much for taking a look!

One thing you won't find on a yellowbelly belly is the wide squiggly lines running down the belly like your big girl has...

yb bellies can actually vary quite a bit

Re: ۞Is this a Yellow Belly? Could be a Normal?

Thanks guys, I think she is a very pretty normal. We walked into PetSmart a couple years back and they knew us and how much we loved Balls. Anyway, the manager came up and said, "Hey, hey I gotta send this Ball back he is so mean and aggressive. Bit everyone in the store, all the workers are scared. He has been transferred from 2 other PetSmarts already. Take a look at him and if you want him, he is yours. We can tell by the tail length that its a boy." So, my husband and I went in the back and took a look at him and fell in love with his high colors. Never struck at us, never even hissed. Problem tho, I put HIM with my caramel albino about a month back to see if they were 'interested' and nothing was happening. So, I tried again, and still nothing. They would stay at opposite ends of the bin. So, something told me, "I better pop HIM to find out whats going on." Shocked to find out that HE is a SHE. Well, no wonder nothing was going on! So, about a month ago, I put her with my Proven Fire to see if she was at all interested, and completely forgot she was in there until the next morning when I went in to change/check water and THEY WERE LOCKED. I'm very concerned because she is only 890gr. She just shed completely this morning, has been very jumpy when touched, also, when I put my hand in her bin she looks quickly right at it knida like "I DARE you to touch me" plus she has gone off feed now for I believe 3 weeks (don't have my record book by me). I'm worried because she is too small in weight to get pregnant and I'm worried about the egg binding possibility. Any one have any experience in this?

I heard from a lot of people that Petsmart is very stupid when it comes to ball pythons but wow. There is no way to tell male from female just by looking. Also no idea as i've never bred but someone more experienced will know.

What a beautiful YB! I love the patterns and how the belly is completely clear. Now I want one! lol.....They are like Pringles, once you pop you can't stop! I want 2 of everything. One male, one female!

In those 2 years, I have learned how to pop and probe. Im a pro popper! I think my Spider male enjoys it tho, as soon as I pick him up he tries rubbing his tail all over my hand...he's twisted!

PetCo isn't much better. Recently, we were in there and a lady was looking for a Ball. She was talking to her husband and he was telling her, "I only want one if it's a female, I want some babies." So, I was standing in the same isle and waited for the manager (good friend of mine, not to bright) so the Manager comes over and says, "Based on the tail size, this one is a female." I was like, "WOW WOW WOW, can I see it please?" Manager handed the ball over and I popped it. It was a VERY noticeable male. I was thanked about 100 times and all the manager said was, "We were trained on tail size."
