I would just use regular water. Most animals get all the vitamins they need from their regular food. You certainly won't find any animals in the wild drinking vitamin water.
I really hope you aren't talking about the colored/flavored vitamin water.. I mean i doubt it would kill an animal but you DON'T need to be giving ANY animal that.

I'm not sure if it's inherintly "bad", but I would DEFINITELY not want to give it to any of mine. Simply because human vitamin water has vitamin concentrations fit for humans, and not necessarily animals - so there may be too much of a vitamin in it for the animal to handle.
Also any other things added to the water to flavor it can't be good for the animal.
tl;dr: just stick with regular water. They'll get all the vitamins they need from their food.

It has sugar and nutrients in it that may cause imbalances in the animal's natural nutrient profile, and you do not want to be adding supplemental glucose to an animal's diet; you are setting up for failure here.
