The patchwork girl we gave to our friend and his kids finally popped. 24 days is a long pregnancy but I can see why. She had 13 healthy pinkers and is doing a great job for her first litter. I love it when it all works out. His kids are doing well with keeping the noise down and his daughter even got to hold one. lol

Thanks all. Quick question, it's very true hairless rats have a difficult time producing milk yet what about double rex rats?

Ok so we have 11 left. Two were small and couldn't thrive. 3 of the eleven are a light color and the others are all black or agouti. My bets on black!

I post wayyyy too much... Anyways I bring pups photos and bad news. Our satin siamese has bitten 3 times no. The 3rd was last night during my visit. This bite was deep and left a very painful wound on my thumb. If she bit one of the kids I would have gone ballistic so were feeding her off today for everyone safety. It sucks because shes in her second stage of pregnancy.
