Looks like I'll be breeding all my adults this year!

My largest girl is now 1760 grams. The other 2 are 1560 and 1450 respectively. All are consistantly putting on weight weekly.

Not only that but I might be able to breed my new Spider male also. He's at 300g and growing fast. I was told that it would be safe to try and breed him if I could get him to about 600g which seems feasible.

At the very least I'll be breeding my big pastel to them all.

I'm yet to weight my female, and I will be breeding her to a friend's big normal male, supposed to be het but I'm not sure which gene as yet.

males can breed as soon as their making sperm, theres no weight benchmark.

But small males should be watched carefully for fasting and they will get tired if over bred. There's still risks for breeding really small males. Even though there's no weight mark. If he's small and starts to fast I'd pull him from the season until he starts eating again. That's just how I do it anyways.
