    Hoggin' in Myrtle Beach...

Like a few other BP.netters, I went to the Myrtle Beach Expo this weekend. I had a great time working at the USARK table, hanging out with some familiar faces and meeting some new people. And right here I need to apologize to Robin (Rabernet) if I scared her when I walked up behind her to introduce myself . But, I will say this, in support of the BP.net T-shirts, they do stand out in a crowd. At the USARK auction, I spotted this little Hogg Island Boa and decided that it was time, so I bid on it, and lucky me, I won. So, once again, I fell prey to the boaddiction. I named him Quilotoa and here are a few of the initial photos of my new little Cayos los Cochinos BCI...

No. He was very...um..energetic. I was trying to hold him with one hand and take pictures with the other hand. I figured that if I took enough photos, at least a few should come out ok. These were the best 4 out of 47. I found out a little while ago that the focal setting was set to "Auto" instead of "Macro" so everything in the foreground was blurry and everything in the background was in focus, so hopefully the next round of photos will be better.
