    Shedding frequency question.

So I haven't had to post here in almost 2 months because my BF and I have corrected all husbandry issues as we found them for our BP Snickers...

Her last 2 sheds have been clean 1 piece sheds but now my issue is with the frequency of the sheds! She completed her last shed on May 4th and her eyes are now completely clouded over again.

It just seems like she is shedding again too soon.

    ????

Kind of goes along the lines of how fast they grow, all depends on the snake
As long as you are getting good sheds dont worry about it too much

I agree with what's been already posted. My normal's shed schedule is all over the place, but he is very healthy. With him it coincides with how well he's feeding.
    1.0 normal (Hades)
    1.1 pastel (Snatch and Gypsy)
    1.0 pinstripe (Capone)
    0.1 spider pos het ghost
    1.0 mojave (Shrinked)
    2.3 kidz
    1.0 cat (The Cat)
    0.1 Hog Island Boa(BCI) (Calypso)
1.2 rats (Dallas, Pinky and Bella)

    Re: Shedding frequency question.

Well we had a really bad shed before but that was totally due to us being newish owners and our poor husbandry but all that is worked out by now and her last 2 sheds were 1 piece sheds but they were not as quick!

Snickers has eaten every single week since her last shed and we did up her F/T prey size a few months ago before her last shed.

This just seems VERY fast to me. Less than 2 months between sheds???

I was under the impression that young BP's shed every 2 and a half - 3 months.

I'm pretty OCD so when I get concerned about things I tend to fixate on them.

    You and me both LOL
OCD and ADD dont make a good combo either because I get sidetracked and then I am worrying about too many things
