    !!! Ball Python Help Me!!!!!!

I hope someone here can help me as I'm terribly distraught. I studied up on pythons for a while and decided to get a ball due to their docile nature. Now mind you I've owned several animals including rabbits and a large cockatiel.

The problem is I've got my little buddy in a aquarium...he's about 2 feet long...and he absolutely just refuses to eat!

It's been two days since I've got him and he hasn't eaten anything out of his bowl. Now knowing (from what I've read) that they can be picky eaters, I've gone so far as shredding the carrots and even buying organic ones. I understand picky but $4 a bag!!! YIKES! LOL :-) JK JK. Anyway I'm sure he'll eat soon from what I've been reading but just know he refused them even boiled!

What should I do? And do they eat anything other than carrots?

I love the little guy but HE. WILL. NOT. EAT!

why are you feeding your snake carrots?! they are completely carnivorous and feed on mice and other rodents. Pick up some mice (live or frozen) from the pet store. I would recommend hopper mice for a snake that size. Again, feed your snake a mouse every 7 days, and gradually increase prey size as your snake grows. You say you've done research but I'm doubting that since you tried to feed your snake boiled carrots...!
