ask and you shall receive... Pastel Enchi girl "Ember"

Here is my Pastel Enchi girl "Ember"
She didn't quite know what to make of the prickly grass I put her on, LOL. On top of that, it started raining big fat drops on her. She kept staring at me like, um, can we go home now ???

Such a delightful snake. Pretty I may say, and on top of that, best temperament. Always calm and curious, not afraid or stressed. Always ready to eat.

What more can you ask for Thanks Freakie Frog, for this wonderful gem !!

    thanks for looking

    Thank you !!

That is exactly what the enchi pattern does, it makes the snake "glow" The darker "peppering" and the bright orangey yellow glowing through almost looks like a "special effect" in real life. Hard to capture on pictures.

She is stunning! Is it okay to let a BP out on the grass like that? I've noticed that my baby doesn't really try to go too far away from me, instead trying to curl up on the warmest part of me (usually on my stomach), so would she try to escape? Or would she just slowly move around like she usually does around my hand/bed/whatever?

[EDIT] She also seems to be very photogenic, those pictures seem to capture her fairly well.

    It is ok...

As long as the weather is right and there are no dogs/cats around etc. Also, of course you should stay right there making sure the snake will be alright.

As for escaping, a Ball Python just doesn't have that kind of speed. If you are right there, things should be ok.

I only let them out in my own backyard, though, don't need people gawking or freaking out over my snakes

Haha yeah i've got 6 dogs at the house (3 foster ex-racing greyhounds, 1 of our own greyhounds, a mastiff, and a chow chow), every time i take my baby out of the cage i have 6 giant heads just STARING at her. I'll be sure to let her outside every now and then, i'm sure she'd enjoy the exercise.

Wow, lots of dogs, I love greyhounds
I do let my dogs look at the snakes, but I always make it VERY clear that they are not allowed any closer. Not even to "sniff". Just not taking that kind of risk, and why should I stress the snake, hehe.
