[health]weird bump near end of tail

as the thread says today when I took out my rtb I noticed a "bump" near his vent on his back when i run a finger over it it is noticablly raised, he has never fallen or been dropped and lives ina 40 qt tub the highest he could possible go is the inside of the handles and I have seen him hanging out up there before...here is a picture.

it does seem to "bother" him if I touch it he shakes/wiggles his tail consistently, is my little guy okay?:cry:

Wow, I wish that I had some piece of knowledge to offer, but that is strange. Hopefully someone with more experience will see this thread.
My first thought was possibly a stuck urate, but not that high up on the spine. The only thing I can suggest is having a vet check it out to see if it is some kind of tumor or subcutaneous lesion or abcess.
You can also try posting the pics over on Redtailboa.net. I'm sure some of the people there will have some ideas and suggestions. Good Luck!!!

How long have had him, I had my yellow Annie a week before I noticed the bump on him, it turned out to be a cyst the vet had to cut out, antibiotics and a shed fixed him up
