And be careful on yard as well... i read stories about hawks taking adults when they was left without supervision...

Trust me living in the country and having chickens I know too well about hawks, no outting for this guy by himself and later he can go out with our other dog and she is 50lbs and already very protective of what she thinks is HER new puppy so there won't be any issue than.

and yes, i've actually done it! not intentionally though, i was just outside reading the book under a big oak tree and my parent's saint bernard was sleeping & using me as a pillow. got to the good parts in the book and as the realization of my current "predicament" hit me i peeked around the book at the dog in my lap like
