To be considered "miniature" they can't be any taller than 36 inches (at the withers, average is around 33 inches), and they typically weigh 250-450 pounds. As newborns you can easily pick them up and carry them, they're so lightweight.
Pictures don't do him justice. I just about died when I walked up and first layed eyes on him. He's such a sweetheart, he's going to be a tough one to let go.
