Bleache water dilution?
When you use bleach to hard clean your snake's cage, what dilution ratio do you prefer? (If you use bleach.)
If other, please specify.
I'm creating this poll because I have heard from many different people many different ratios and want my snake to be safe

I use 1 part bleach to 9 parts water to make a 10% solution. I then rinse well with straight water and let whatever I am washing dry in the sun.

10:1 with lots of rinsing with regular water. I know, I'm always worried about that kind of thing too, but 10:1 has worked great for me so far with no problems I usually let the bleach solution sit for 15-20 mins before rinsing and drying though.

I try to only sanitize the tanks with the bleach water every third cleaning or so. I usually air the tanks out for 15 minutes after. And I try to let the breeding tubs air out overnight before putting snakes in again.

I clean all organic matter off first with hot water and a sponge, then use a spray bottle filled with 10 parts water to 1 part bleach to heavily mist entire enclosure. Let that sit for about ten minutes then rinse thoroughly with extremely hot water, and allow it to dry completely. My BPs seem happy and clean with my current routine

Re: Bleache water dilution?
I don't actually measure, but I shoot for a 10:1 water/bleach ratio. I find that to be sufficient for cleaning, and as long as you rinse it WELL and let it air-dry away from your snakes, there won't be any toxic fumes.
