Vistaprint. I've purchased a banner and business cards from them. I liked them overall, but if you order business cards, be sure to get them with a gloss. They also don't trim the design perfectly square on the cards. Lots of discounts on their products.
Moo.com is also a good place for really nice business cards. You can create different designs on them. I've ordered stickers from there and they're the best at a really good price. I think they offer a discount to first time users. They also have mini cards where you can have up to 100 different designs.
