ball python age
At what ages are ball pythons considered to be juvies, sub adults and then adults? Sorry if I sound stupid here but I am just curious.

Re: ball python age
I really don't think there is a right answer to this, but here's mine. I would say 0-500 g's baby, 500-1000 sub adult, and over 1000 g's adult. Of course, every snake grows differently. So, if we make it a timeline 0-6 months is a baby, 6 months to a year is sub adult and anything over that is adult?
We could also separate it into gender, since males will most likely reach adulthood sooner than females; if you are factoring in sexual maturity. Man, that is such a loaded question.

Yes, this is a very loaded question, lol! I really appreciate your response. Now I have an idea of how one classifies the ages of these snakes. You were very helpful!

I would have to go with what the poster above me said, I categorize by weight since all will grow differently. this seems the most logical for me
