    I posted these links in another thread, but I figured that I would put them in their own thread to make it easier for "Search" queries to find them and to also let the title stand out for anyone who "Favorites" this thread for future references.

    Rodent Pro has the charts posted from a 2002 USDA study of the Nutrient Composition of Whole Vertebrate Prey Fed in Zoos, in which Protein, Fat, Calorie/Gram, Vitamin, and Mineral content is listed.
