All thermostats are the same, you plug the heat source into them. how else would they work?

i dont really get what your asking.

it works like any other thermostat, it has a probe that goes to the heat source, an outlet to plug the het source into, you set your temps and it maintains that temp.

A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.
