    My Giant Girl

I'll get some better pics up soon so you can really see her enormity, but take a gander at my big mama Normal. The Pastel on the left is about 350 grams. The Spider in the middle is around 800 grams. The big hoss on the right is over 4000 grams. I'll get a current weight on her this weekend and update.

She laid a 10 egg clutch 2 seasons ago. I love her. She's just a super cool, super sweet, super huge girl.

I don't think normals get the biggest, we just haven't SEEN the large morphs since breeders don't take pictures of them. I have seen 3000+ Gram pastels and Ghosts before, females of course. All ball pythons have a chance to get huge with the right feeding schedule.

Also thanks for the picture, she is one huge girl!! I've never had a ball python over 2600 grams, your is almost twice that!!

    Wow, 4000 grams!

What a big beautiful girl. Is she hard to pick up by yourself ? I hope someday to own one as big as her.

Thanks No she's not too hard to pick up. If you've ever held a boa or larger python, they are much bigger and yet still pretty easy to handle/manage, so while my girl is huge by Ball Python standards, she's still pretty manageable.
The one thing that is a bit of a drag about owning a giant female like this is that she won't comfortably fit in even a 41 qt tub. I had to outfit a separate tub just for her.

I'm impressed, my friend! You have a keen BP eye. My spider male was, indeed, in shed in that pic. He just shed yesterday and is looking as handsome as ever. I was actually contemplating breeding him to the big normal girl yet this season. I probably will.

It does seem so probably because photographing bigger snakes isn't so easy and most people with them probably don't want to hassle with it.
I love photographing small to medium snakes but the large girls are such a pain, lol.
Our mid 08 black pastel girl is 2100 grams at the moment and feeding up still while breeding.
I bet she hits 3000+ grams next year especially if she doesn't take this season.

OP that is one HUGE normal girl, love those big ones!
