Using a Genetic Strip to help answer here:

My understanding is the dorsal is essentially the top of the back where the spine is. I have a normal at home with a nearly solid black line down the dorsal area. Essentially the opposite of the genetic strip.

Correct me if I am wrong BP.net'ers

    Re: Dorsal Stripe?

I like semi of full dorsal stripe like this in morphs other than the genetic stripe itself

This is not genetic just something I like to see in my animals (Black Pastel, Mojave, Mystic) which is why I pick that specific male a few years back.
