A change in diet can also change the color and/or consistency of poo.

My geckos poop grey for a day or two when they shed and eat it. Do beardies eat their shed? I'm not sure. Anyways, just a thought.

AFAIK, beardies don't eat their shed. I have never witnessed it, and it seems I clean up three beardies worth of shed each time one of mine sheds

I have never witnessed a gray stool for either of my dragons. I'd give it a little more time before I'd get worried. Knowing their diet might help us a little though.
