    Something is odd.

So I hate to be posting again because I think I could have a problem with my boa lol. But I fed her tonight because everything I look in her direction she eyeballs me like, "Are you food???". I decided to attempt to feed her to see if that was what she wanted. She took the little mouse I gave her but I noticed she eats it kind of funny, the right side of her mouth would open more than the left. She also took the mouse in from the right side sort of. Then when she had it down she was opening her mouth and it was still wider on the right side like her mouth is crooked or something. I took a couple pics of her with the mouse in her mouth so maybe you can see. I figured it's no big deal but just curious if it could be some sort of defect or something like that.

I'm not really an expert on this stuff, but I don't think it would be a problem really. Maybe she just likes opening her mouth on the right side more? Like how some people talk out of one side of their mouth. They just do.

I really wouldn't worry about it. Is the snake yawning a lot abnormally or is there anything else to indicate there is a problem?

No it's just that one thing I thought was a little weird. I'm not to worried, just wondering if it's something somewhat common. Maybe its just her weird tick I don't know haha.

looks fine to me, sometimes it takes them a minute after eating to realign their jaw. but i would say not to worry about. from the pictures it looks very nice healthy boa you have there.

    Re: Something is odd.

Your boa needs open jaw surgery asap. Run as fast as you can to nearest animal hospital.

Or you could just keep an eye on it and see if it becomes a problem in the future. You decide which one seems the easiest.
