An Important Reminder to All for Nov. 2

I want to remind and urge every animal owner, hobbyist, enthusiast, breeder, exhibitor, and everyone else on this site to go out there to the polls on Nov. 2nd 2010 and cast your votes!!!
I am not necessarily here to tell anyone which particular party or candidate to vote for; However, what I do encourage everyone to do is learn who their candidates are, How they stand on the issues such as creating more jobs, improving our economy, health care, and especially towards the keeping of our beloved animals, and ultimately make your own informed decisions as a result.

Please, this is an important election everyone needs to participate in this year. If you do not participate, I feel that you will have no right to complain about any unfavorable outcomes down the road.

Please go vote on Nov. 2nd!!!

Frankly, I don't know who to vote for. All the candidates here are more interested in flinging lies/dirt at one another instead of actually discussing what their stances are. Besides, I can't vote. The 2nd is when I have my long day at college.

There is almost always a way to vote early. I voted today because I will be traveling tomorrow.

I plan to get up early tomorrow and go vote. If that doesn't work, I'm going to skip a couple classes so I can get back into town early enough to do so. Unfortunately I didn't realize until too late to register for an absentee ballot that Nov. 2 fell on my long day at university, but it's worth missing a class or two to vote.

Also, just a heads up for anyone in Florida who isn't already aware: The sponsor of HR2811 (the House version of the python ban), Kendrick Meek, is running for Senate...
