    Cool set up!

Is your snake out like that a lot? Often times roaming is a sign of stress in ball pythons.

And I would ditch the white lighting, bright lighting can also be stressful since they are nocturnal.

He is out everyonce in a while. I have basking light out only during the day and the infrared at night. There is a vent right above the tank so i have to keep it well heated. Thanks

It is a nice natural setup! It is alot of stuff to take out and clean when doing a complete clean! I had a setup similar to this when I started out with one ball. The only thing I recommend is to get rid of the half log hide as it is stressful to a ball with such a wide opening. You need a hide that has one small opeing and you need two, one on the cool side and one on the warm side. I like to use these ones: http://www.amazon.com/Exo-Terra-Rept.../dp/B001F3YJ9O. Just to give you an idea of a nice secure hide. Also I would use a heat mat instead of lights because balls love belly heat and they don't suck up your humidity like bulbs do. I would get a larger water dish. Good luck and enjoy your new pet!
