    Super Pastel Pied

My pied season has been hit and miss at best with bad odds, but on what was my 100th clutch. I got great odds! I have been waiting for this one to hatch. It was from an 08 pastel het pied pair. We produced the male, and the female was a $400 50% pos. het pick up in Daytona in 2008. I really did not think she was a het. This animal for being a pied blooded animal never refused a meal. Unlike a 66% animal I also picked up.
She weighed in at 1400 before breeding season. She laid 5 eggs. In which one went bad early at 18 days. This what I was lucky enough to produce.

    0.1 pastel pied
    1.o pastel 66% het pied w/markers

I cannot wait to bred the male into a banana project!

    Thanks for looking

Great odds on that clutch and great looking snakes! Also congrats on proving out the possible het. This clutch should make up for quite a few of the so-so ones!

Will that pink whiten out as they age? Sorry, never seen a fresh-hatched pied.

I would like to know that too. I thought they were white out of the egg. Looks sweet.
