Happy Birthday, Julius! (Mojo)
Julius the Mojave just turned a year old, so I thought I'd show him off with some photos. Hard to believe this guy weighed only 93g when he arrived (from JKobylka) last September, and he's now a whopping 1066g! He's not really fond of rats, so he eats 2-3 mice weekly... hardly a power-feeding diet, so I guess he's just a natural hulk.
I'm outta here...
I knew he'd wrap around this beer bottle, hence the finger holding it steady...
And to think, he fit entirely in my palm last year!

Yeah, he's a monster! My other yearlings are between 700-800g, and they're all offered (basically) the same diet... so yours and my others are right on track, whereas Julius seems to be ahead of schedule. I wonder if they'll end up around the same size, or if Julius will always be larger than average?

Thanks! Btw, he might be a daddy soon (eggs are on day 47 of incubation), but I suspect the pastel won that race... we'll see!
