all eggs have collapsed except for one

nearing a week and a half til day 60, had a strange question though, all my eggs have sunken in for the final phase except for one. this one though definately has a baby kicking around in it when candeled, is it developing slower?

Could just have a bit of a thicker shell so it hasn't lost humidity at the same rate as the others.

I don't cut eggs until the first one pips, but when one doesn't even dimple I cut that one somewhere around day 53, I want to make sure there's an air pocket in there.

It's probably cream colored because you cut it too early. It will color up before it comes out.
