Baby Hognose
OK Guys,
Bought a Female back late spring and the seller thought she was prego, well long story short she was and had 5 good eggs hatch. NOW I am desprately trying to get them to feed!!!

They are in tub set up with papertowels a couple, so they can hide. I've tried split f/t pinks/f/t pinks and live mice pinks./ currently trying paper bag method, with one. One ate on his own this afternoon

You may have to try frog scented pinks. I've never owned a hog but I've heard that works on some stubborn feeders.

Many a breeder start them off in 6-9 inch deli cups, being burrowers a substrate that can be burrowed in is favored..tunafish juice is a popular item to scent pinks with as well as a slew of others not including toads..

Awwww, they are adorable. I've also heard of scenting mice with toads or tunafish, but personally haven't had to try... mine was eating great by the time I got her, and hasn't ever refused a meal. Apparently, once you get them started they're eating machines! Good luck with the babies.
