Poll: Would you use a ball-python.net App on your iPhone/iPod Touch if it was created
I would find it very convenient to have a BP.net App on my iPhone. I would use it for multiple purposes including: uploading pictures faster, checking my new forums that I create, looking at newly published threads, and browsing through random forums during the day while I'm at work. It would be infinitly more convenient to pull my phone out of my pocket to find information related to my favorite reptiles than to always look for the nearest computer. Tell me what you think!

Seems a better approach would be creating a mobile web frontend to the site. Most smartphones these days have some kind of webkit based browser, so it would be much more accessible and cross platform that way. Since bp.net is powered by vBulletin, a quick search brought up this mobile theme that could be used...

With the iPhone, you can already do that. Though it would be nice to have a mobi friendly template.

Ya I use my iPhone too. I just thought it would be more convenient to use an app instead of opening up safari and having to zoom in and out depending on what you are trying to look at. I don't know tho, I could be wrong.

Ya that definitely sounds more practical. I have to say, I would enjoy using a mobile page than the classic while using my iPhone. Great idea man.

Oh as do I. I'm on my iPhone right now too I just thought it would be more convenient since a lot of ppl on this site have an iPhone or iPod touch. I personally like the above guy's post about having a mobile version of this site. More people would be able to use it. You wouldn't have to have an iPhone or iPod touch.

Yes it would. I would like that better than an app

No need for an app. But a mobile template would be epic. Soooo much easier to use.

I couldn't agree more. I think I have changed my stance on the issue. I would rather have a mobile template but if bp.net were to make an app, there is no way I would not get it
