Looking for a Used DSLR, Tips?

I'm looking for a Used Canon Rebel XT, or Nikon D40, or Nikon D3000, any suggestions for good places to get used ones for cheap? My budget is around $350 and I'm looking to get a kit, not just the body.

    I welcome all suggestions!

I see them on my CL Almost on the Daily.

350 is pretty spot on.....maybe not with a kit lens...but for only like 50 more you could.

I have a D40 and LOVE it. If I was you, I'd just look for a D40 body and save money to get a better/faster lens. The 18-55 kit lens is OK, but I'd put a little more money towards something better. I have a Tamron 24-75mm lens that stops down to a constant f/2.8 and it's what's on my camera all the time. I never use the kit lens any more. That lens with the Nikon 55-200mm is a good starting out package.

And $350 is a good target budget to get a high quality used camera.

Update: I picked up a Nikon D3000, loving it so far but it's charging right now, will post pictures later.

Dropped $600 for a New one + 16GB Card + Bag. Figured it was worth buying it new.
