    Breeding in shed????

Is it bad if either snake is in shed while breeding? Also if they should be given time to shed b4 pairing again?
    Thanks

    Re: Breeding in shed????

I'm not an expert by any means, but being in shed hasn't seemed to affect any of my snakes libido. I say give it a shot--if they seem stressed and/or don't want to lock, separate them until the snake sheds, and try again. I've had both males and females breed while in the blue though, and it has never seemed to hinder their breeding efforts. Good luck!

*note, I should really be asleep*

    Cheers,

    Re: Breeding in shed????

I breed them in shed, most the time I also leave the males shed in with the female so the next male knows he needs to get the job done.
