    PVC Rack Instructions?

I want to build a large rack for 6 qt tubs for leopard geckos and baby balls. I don't want to do melamine because of the weight though. I know somebody whose mom sells XPVC and I can get it really cheap. I cannot seem to find anything on how to build a PVC rack though. Is it possible to build it without attatching each shelf to its own wooden frame to then attach to the side supports?

As long as the XPVC you get is 3/8" or 1/2" thick it will be fine without a wooden frame. You can screw directly into the side of the shelf.
