iphone 4
anyone have experience with it? i want to get it (it would be my first smartphone)
i know of the other smartphones but i use itunes too much so it makes sense to stick to apple products.
anyone have any problems with it? OTHER than the reception issues with the new antenna?

Re: iphone 4
I've had mine for a week or two now. Some things I've noticed. Using some form of a case fixes the antenna problem no problems.
Pro's
- The display is very sharp and easy on the eyes.
- The cam is really good with the auto focus and touch focus in both cam re record mode
- Folders are a huge help
- multi tasking is nice but I rarely use it.
- Separate volume buttons are really nice to have
- Noise canceling mic is a great plus for phone calls
- Smooth flat back makes it easier to hold and set down
- iBooks; online ebooks now on your phone
Con's
- Will shoot in 720p HD but wont upload to Youtube from the phone in HD (major screw up by Apple in my mind)
- Accessories are few and far between
- Some apps have yet to release new api's for the iOS 4.0 so there are some holes there.
- Smooth back means that you have to be careful picking it up. Your fingers don't just slide under it
- There are some Java holes in the new iOS 4.0 as well
- iBooks while a good idea is better suited for the iPad altogether.
- Multi tasking; you need to go in and close them from time to time they never close. Hasn't caused any problems yet..but something to keep in mind
Over all it's a good phone great proven platform and since you're an iTunes junkie like me you'll be fine.

don't worry about saying something that's already there, it'll give me an idea about how many people enjoy something, or dislike something
thanks for the comment

No there is no removable sim card like you'd think..but you can simply plug the phone into your PC, it shows up as a digital cam iPhone. transfer them to your PC or mac then and then uploading them

wow maybe there will be some kind of update to shave off a few steps =pppp, but still, 720p videos is nice - specially for a smartphone
