Just got her

Temps are perfect. I am so happy! I am greatly appreciative of the BP community for the help in picking this snake and for the advise on how to arrange its husbandry, I am in debt to this community!

congrats on the pick up nice looking female you wont go wrong and it will be hard to resist getting another.

If you have any probs feel free to ask here or shoot me a pm any time there are alot of knowledgable people on this site who have loads of experience we all happy to help out when we can.

I will stick some pics up of my adults soon and ressurect my old thread that has a fair few pics of them in it already but my female has gone ultra thick and huge compared to those older pics I have up here. Be good for people to see how big they really get.

she is eatting!!!! She just took the mouse even though she has only been with me for 3 days. She was roaming the tank at night and today was coming out of her hide and looking around

so I figured.. try to feed her!

and tadaaa! She took it. missed 2 times tho lol

3rd times a charm

edit: DAYUM only took her 3 minutes to gobble a mouse as thick or a little thicker than her body!

sounds like you got yourself a good feeder which is generally typical of most bloods lol

Now that she is feeding well thats a sure sign she is settling in fine

And my pics were in a thread you wont see much in my gallery have'nt really put much in there as yet ...........typical lazy man I know. Have a look for my threads they have pics in the title thread anyway if you want to see them.

Yeah thats what I thought! As soon as she took it I thought "hmm... maybe shes not as stressed as I think she is?" Lol!

Great pics!!!

When I saw the pic of the waterbowl I shuttered. Because on day 2 of having my blood I caught her soaking in her bowl at night

Gonna need a huge bowl I think lol.

But anyway, amazing pics!! They are awesome!
