    any ideas?

had this fella for about 1 year now, and would like your opinions as to what he could be...

he permenantly has a 'matt' appearance (doesnt shine like any of my others)
blushing on his spine is 'fusing' with the dorsal pattern ,creating an almost stripe as he gets older, was dot-dash when he was young (over 700gr now)

btw, he shed about 1 week ago

apologies if the photo's are large, could a mod please re-size - thanks

Just looks like a dinker male. But you never know he could turn out to be a chocolate. Good luck!

Can't say what it might be but he sure is a looker. He has faint ringer markings and the orange ringer coloration all along his tail area too. Definitely dink around with him. I bet you get some more like him.
