Gotta Share my Excitement!

Well I think I have well documented my First BP's feeding oddities, and after a refusal last week...


SHE STRUCK AND FED FROM THE TONGS!! Not once but twice!!!

Ah you have no idea how proud it made me when she took it firmly and constricted it. Watching her muscle it down. It was like getting a pat on the back for giving good husbandry.

I am hesitant to even go downstairs now I don't wanna ruin things with a regurg.

But I am so psyched!!! Since she ate so well I am hoping to take her out for a ten minute handling session wednesday afternoon and snap a few higher quality pics. and next sunday maybe I should move up from hoppers to a small adult mouse.

Isn't it frustrating when they don't eat?... And so exciting when they finally do! Congratulations! I hope she continues to feed well.
