    Could he be a spotnose? (pleez look)

    I've been looking at pictures of spotnoses, and I've started to wonder about "Andre". I thought I'd get some second opinions before I get my hopes up....

    No - the head pattern is completely different than that. I have a few "booger" nose normals in my collection too!

    Need to see the whole snake..Spotnose can not have spots on their noses..

    but the head looks all wrong for it.

    i see the differences in head patterns, but other than that i have no idea how to tell the difference

    There is a subtle color difference and pattern difference
    Spot on the left Normal on the right


    Spot on bottom normal on top

    Robin, you need to put up a "Do Not Drink and Read" warning before you throw out a phrase like "Booger Nose".... Mt Dew burns...

    It has the spot nose but doesn't have the head.

    i read/saw somewhere (who really knows) that spotnoses have a VERY jet black ground color. they don't really have any blushing whatsoever and the black is really, really deep.
