    Re: Do you use this?

I never used them for any of the ball pythons that I have had, but I just bought a Zoomed habba mist for my monitors and it works fairly well. I just have to keep it on the lowest time setting for when it sprays, or it will make the substrate too wet. Also, I only have mine go off twice a day and it keeps the humidity great.

I have a humidfier in my ball room. It works for me. I think mister are more for animals who need it all the time. I guess you can always hook it up to a regulator thing. Just to make sure it isn't too moist.

This is true, they are made for animals who need it all the time, but it makes life just that tad bit easier to use them any way.

Lol. As long as the animals are healthy. I think they'd be great for the aquarium users. I forget, mine are in tubs so it's hard to give advice. I used to have a 50 gal though, and that was a stinker keeping humidity up in that. I needed a mister for it.

The automatic misters are too big for tubs, but when you have big cages they are great. Honestly, I'm not even sure how people fit them into chameleon cages.
